Future tense is a verb form that expresses an action or
state in the future.

Pattern (Verbal)
Positive : Subject + will/shall + verb 1 + Object
Negative : Subject + will/shall + not + verb 1 + Object
Interrogative: will/shall + Subject + verb 1 + Object
Pattern (Nominal/Adverb/Adjective)
Positive : Subject + will/shall + be + Nominal/Adverb/Adjective + Object
Negative : Subject + will/shall + not + be + Nominal/Adverb/Adjective + Object
Interrogative: will/shall + Subject + be + Nominal/Adverb/Adjective + Object
Example (Verbal)
Positive : Ahmet Will come to my birthday party tomorrow
Negative : Susan Will not come to my birthday party tomorrow
Interrogative: Will you come to my birthday party tomorrow ?
Example (Nominal/Adverb/Adjective)
Positive : Susan will be a good doctor
Negative : Ahmet will not be a pilot
Interrogative: Will susan be a good doctor ?
The use of "will" is used for subject = You, They, He, She, It.
The use of "Shall" is used for subject = I, We
Example (Used Shall)
Positive : We shall invite Mike to the party
Negative : We shall not go outside
Interrogative: Shall we go to mike’s party
But…
There is another way to show that something will happen in the future. It follows the formula [am/is/are] + going to + [root form verb].
Pattern :
Positive : Subject + [am/is/are] + going to + [root form verb]
Negative : Subject + [am/is/are] + not + going to + [root form verb]
Interrogative : [am/is/are] + Subject + going to + [root form verb] ?
Here is example
Positive : I am going to learn a new language. Jeyn is going to read that book. My brothers are going to sleep till noon if no one wakes them up. You are going to see what I mean.
Negative : Zeyn is not going outside with rey
Interrogative : Is Zeyn going to finish the game ?
